In the East End of London, near where you'd find all the lawyers and insurance brokers in London (yes it's a bit of a hole), is my favourite restaurant in the whole wide world.
St John Bread & Wine. Espousing nose to tail cooking. And eating. It received its first Michelin star in 2009, I believe, but I was a fan long before that.
